Digital Technology

Information Technology 
Year 10 

Students in year 10 are able to develop their skills through a full year course. This course teaches students to use a variety of computer programmes including Word, Excel and Publisher. This course will include some Digital technology, some gaming and some programming. 

Information and Digital Technologies 
Years 11 – 13 

Students build on their skills and focus on applying digital applications. They will develop and design digital outcomes using information management, design technology and their skills and knowledge of digital applications. 

Assessment: A combination of Internal and External credits will be offered. Students will work toward gaining 18 to 20 credits in their personalized program. A student must achieve an external achievement standard to enable them to gain a course endorsement.
